Randstad India is a division of Dutch-based Randstad Holding NV, a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm headquartered in Diemen, the Netherlands.

The new head quarter is located in the center of the Bangalore city with seven floors, The main reception area is in the entrance, The discussion rooms located in all the floors with board room is located in the third floor near CEO cabin.

The general office space are found on all levels while the executive offices are on level three. Finally, up above the rest, the marketing and sales departments along with outdoor deck is on level five and the large cafeteria is located in level six.

In order to unite all of these disparate activities, which takes place on different levels, we decided to visually connect the volume of spaces by way of a series of openings through the floors.

This open connection is further reinforced by the visual transparency between the front office space and back office space, which are divided by glass partition.

The result is a dynamic and energetic environment ideally suited to both work and social activities.
